A new customer from the UK has commissioned the KORN CONSULT GROUP with an IATF 16949 conformity analysis.
The lubricant supplier is certified according to ISO 9001:2015, but would like to upgrade to the IATF 16949 Quality Management System (QMS).
After a gap analysis, our Consultant made an assessment of the workload, costs, and resources required for certification.
