The KORN CONSULT GROUP in the USA received a contract from a premium car manufacturer to improve the output of new mirrors into a model series. The supply was endangered after a successful production start and run-up of the new model vehicle. The task of our Senior Project Manager is to improve the supplier’s production and to achieve on-time delivery in order to prevent further shortfalls.
