In order to double our client’s global production capacity, the industrialization team employs the following disciplines: Industrialization Project Manager, Automation Project Manager, Capacity Planner, Material Planner, Logistics Planner, Production Experts, Lean Specialists, Purchasing Experts, Quality Planner and a Supplier Developer. After adaptation to the customer’s organization, the KCG team takes over its own task packages to achieve the project tasks and the planned target curve. The independent implementation strength of the assigned team leads to the successful fulfillment of the market requirements over the project duration of several months. The success of this project is based on the hands-on experience in industrial practice of the operationally deployed project team members.
