KORN CONSULT GROUP Mexico was commissioned by a premium OEM with an interim project and start-up management at a Mexican location. The focus here is on the significant improvement of the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), as well as the necessary transparency within the project, the achievement of the product maturity aimed at by the company and the planned delivery dates. This operational excellence project will be carried out by a well-versed and experienced Senior Project Manager from the USA.
