A leading manufacturer (Tier 1) of cables for the industry commissioned the KORN CONSULT GROUP with a mandate as Interim Quality Manager for the implementation of operational tasks, including the implementation of IATF 16949: 2016. The experienced senior consultant implemented a process management for the customer in Austria and implemented the requirements of IATF 16949 in the corresponding processes.
