The KORN CONSULT GROUP won a new customer active in the industrial goods (not automotive) branch in Europe. The customer will receive support with the implementation of a quality campaign in all relevant locations, areas, departments and project phases. The project has been defined in 3 phases and cosists of the survey of the current status (ANALYSIS), the determination of causes und improvement measures (DEFINITION) as well as the implementation of defined pilot projects (IMPLEMENTATION). In order to achieve a successful project, a large, multilingual and experienced consultant team will take on the task, under the lead of an executive consultant, and successfully complete it.
