The KORN CONSULT GROUP was commissioned with the further development of its project management by a new customer in Mechanical Engineering. Following a root-cause analysis, we prepared work packages and an implementation plan through workshops, with the involved employees. Through the results of the analysis and customer satisfaction, we have received a follow-up order to introduce a PEP process.
