The KORN CONSULT GROUP was commissioned by a Tier 1 with an Operational Excellence project. The assigned Senior Consultant is an expert in project and quality management. The main focus of the project is the introduction of new measuring techniques at the inspection during production as well as the reduction of complaints through failure analyzes. Together with the Production Managers, suitable countermeasures are developed and implemented, which will help to increase the output quantities in the future.
