KORN CONSULT and KC & Partner Team were required to coordinate a team responsible for the problem solving at the client’s site, insuring the steering of the project and the coordination of the team. The objective was the issue within the team of rapid, successful and result-oriented solutions. The coordination activity also involved the performance of process analyses in several locations of the suppliers, an active support for the implementation of the necessary improvement measures.
