A new customer uses the experience of our senior consultants in the run-up of a planned production relocation for a GAP analysis, to evaluate the process capability of the planned and already installed production lines in the new factories including the relocation plan. The external assessment provides the customer with a neutral perspective of the final decision of the necessary process shifts and reduces any risks within the existing planning.
