After successfully completing a project, KORN CONSULT GROUP was commissioned by a customer who is specialized in aluminum wiring systems for the automotive industry to prepare a further plant for the introduction of a management system according to IATF 16949. The goal of the consultant team with many years of experience in this Technology Excellence project is to fully adapt the production site to the further developed business processes and anchor them sustainably at the site.
