The KORN CONSULT GROUP has been commissioned by an OEM to stabilize mass production and improve supply management at one of its major suppliers. The task for the cross-functional team with experts from the OEM, the supplier and our Senior Consultants is the reduction of machine downtime of a production plant as well as the reduction of backorders to the customer by increasing the OEE.
