We use an experienced Interim Quality Manager to improve the quality of a location in the CZ for our customer. The experienced Senior Consultant will stabilize and continuously improve quality through his full-time presence on site. The mandate is planned for 3 months and the customer has enough time to fill the position again.
After about 2 weeks in action, all KPIs to be optimized are known, transparent and improved daily.
After the vacancy has been filled, there is a handover and coaching to continue the set processes.
