A long-standing customer from Austria commissioned the KORN CONSULT GROUP to support a 2. Tier supplier. The european project’s goal was to ensure the ramp-up without quality problems. The current state was analysed, in order to do so, thus developing and applying relevant solution-oriented improvement suggestions in a goal-reaching manner.
