KORN CONSULT GROUP was asked by an established client to support the VDA-RGA process in reaching maturity. The team assigned with the task has mainly contributed to the creation of the term schedule for the project and in ensuring the synchronization of the reference points. After creating the term schedule specific for the project, this schedule shall be presented to the Premium OEM for which our client works and the final decision shall be taken by mutual agreement. The successful implementation of this VDA-RGA shall be made by a team of experienced Senior Project Managers, who are familiar with the necessary management methods, processes and concepts.
