KORN CONSULT GROUP has received from a big automotive supplier, known worldwide, an order for a temporary manager for a work group, in order to launch a project at the location of the Slovak company. The requirements of the beneficiary for the senior consultant, were, among others, knowledge of German, English and even Slovak languages, as well as a temporary logistics and quality management. After an analysis stage, where the senior consultant acquired a first general idea of the situation, a proper KPI was established, during a proper concept phase with the people responsible for the process and the company management. The task of the joint project team consists of elaborating the proper conditions and the hypotheses for achieving these characteristic numbers.
