The KORN CONSULT GROUP received from a global manufacturer of plastic parts a wide variety of orders at several locations with regard to production, logistics, process – and quality management. In the carried out projects with highly experienced senior consultants and senior project managers speaking Spanish and English, the current standards and processes were expanded and improved together with the customer teams.
