Effective Field

  • Planning, implementation as well as management of projects and project modules on site at our customer`s premises
  • Carrying out vulnerability analyses with corresponding development of implementation concepts as well as the implementation of the projects
  • Support for suppliers on quality-related topics
  • Acquisition of projects in supplier development and supplier management as well as ensuring the supply chains


  • At least 10 years of professional experience in the industry – preferably in the automotive and supplier industry
  • At least 6 years of experience in a management position
  • Experience with the application of common automotive quality-, logistics-, and project management tools such as LPA, Poka Yoke, 8D method, Six Sigma, QVP/APQP, FMEA, PPAP, etc.
  • Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office products
  • Successfully completed VDA 6.3 or IATF 16949 training is an advantage
