The project from the automotive environment in e-mobility focuses on improving the entire processes across the supply chain. For this purpose, an experienced senior consultant team is deployed to perform a 360-degree analysis using KCG’s own 4 phase model. The 360 degrees round view presented findings will be defined into an implementation program with multiple work packages and staffed with an implementation team from all factions. By using an experienced senior consultant team with technology know-how and industry knowledge and by the goal-oriented approach of all involved parties, improvements in all following disciplines were achieved: OEE, productivity, ppm, logistics processes, delivery times, inventory, special trips, test bench utilization, development service provider certification. Sustainability is built and ensured through monthly board reporting.
